The bag’s shape allows for both upper and lower body training, emphasizing grip strength. The handles as well as grips on the outer side of the bag allows for a variety of grip and execution of exercises. This exercise training system is loved by both women and men as their preferred strength training regimes.
Bag sizes used in class are typically 5 kg with 8 kg’s available.
