This 6 week class is a precursor to our weekly Eat Revitalise & Reboot for life classes, and is designed to set you up with the Anchor Habits and confidence, ready for the next phase of your journey.
Eat Revitalise & Reboot for life is an ongoing class structure for those who know that change is not an overnight fix and are willing to put in the long term effort to reach their goals. How long? That’s entirely up to you, we highly recommend committing to three months to start and then it’s up to you, take it month by month, when you are ready to continue on your own ………..

Some of the topics covered are: food contents, labelling, protein – what is it? do we need it and why, what exactly are good or bad carbohydrates? how much do we need? Sugar what’s it in, where is it lurking, how much do we or should we eat?? what part does exercise play in our lives? How do I plan my day when I have children and work???
