- Burns approximately 400 – 900 calories per 45 minute session (dependant on participants level of fitness and effort)

The bags shape allows for both upper and lower body training, emphasizing grip strength. The handles as well as grips on the outer side of the bag allows for a variety of grip and execution of exercises. This exercise training system is loved by both women and men as their preferred strength training regimes.
Bag sizes used in class are typically 5kg with 8kg’s available.

Each CobraFIT™ client goes through a personalised body analysis so that we can assess the correct protein levels, hydration and other key factors that will help to boost your metabolism and trend you towards lean muscle.
