*Â Using Body weight, hand weights, resistance bands and balls
*Â Low impact but effective to build and tone muscle, keep fit and build up your core strength
* Suitable for all level of fitness and age groups—work at your own pace

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, balance & range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights,  elastic tubing with handles & weighted balls are available for          resistance.
