Fitness at the Hub  —   Brighton  & City   

Brighton – Pilates    Mon 9:45am  Frid 12:30pm  Sat 9:00am                          

City – Pilates Tues 12:30pm

* Toning & Stretching—all those body parts that are often neglected

* Gentle core work— you don’t need to push your body and do hard core work to strengthen your core.  Learn how to engage your core, then strengthen it using easy movements

* Suitable for anyone, any age group  if you haven’t exercised for a while or at all, or you don’t like aerobic type exercise or maybe you just want to move better and be stronger. These classes will help you regain movement and strength for daily life

Brighton – Fit Ball  – includes Pilates principles      Mon 11:00am

* Fit Ball for the more adventurous, great routines, lots of fun, but more importantly get fit and toned.

* Great leg, core and upper body strengthening Fit Ball style

Brighton – Core and Strength  Wed 11:00am

* Combined class of strengthening core muscles and incorporating Active Muscle Conditioning (Pilates based for Core work)

Brighton – Active Muscle Conditioning   Frid 11:00 am

* Using Body weight, hand weights, resistance bands and balls

* Low impact but effective to build and tone muscle, keep fit and build up your core strength

* Suitable for all level of fitness and age groups—work at your own pace

Brighton – CobraFitâ„¢ Classes     Mon 6:00pm  Wed 6:00pm  Sat 7:30am

Fitness classes incorporating fitness bags

* Burn 500 calories in 45 mins

* Targets all muscle groups

* Burns body fat, builds lean muscle, strengthen core & tones the body

* Resistance training &  Aerobic in one session

* Total body work out

Brighton – Seniors Fitness Classes     Monday 1:00pm   Wed 9:45am

City – Seniors Tues 2:00pm

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, balance & range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights,   elastic tubing with handles & weighted balls are available for           resistance.
